Ray of Sunshine

So my little sunshine has this habit of filling her Barbie kitchen with real water so she can wash dishes and have tea parties. Though we've discussed this several times that it's much better for clean-up sake if we use pretend water, it still doesn't make any sense to her.

Well the other day, I came downstairs to not only find water in the Barbie kitchen, but a HUGE bowl full of water. Inside this bowl of water was about $4 in pennies. I had about reached my limit for the day and was about to lose it. "Reagan, why is there a bowl full of water and pennies?"!!!!

With the sweetest, most princessy voice this girl could muster, she sincerely and innocently shrugged her shoulders and stated, "Mommy, I was only trying to make all my wishes come true!"

Now how could I be mad after that? I saved that bowl full of pennies all weekend on the kitchen cabinet upstairs, just so I could giggle everytime I looked at it! OH, I LOVE HER!!!
